Theater Fun
Ages 4-6
Saturdays: 9:00-9:50AM Class begins October 18th
Price: 100.00
Even the youngest of students can get in on the fun! Theater games and storytelling exercises will help students gain confidence on the stage. We will work with props and music and familiar stories to add to the enjoyment.
Introduction to Theater
Ages 5-7
Saturday 10:00-10:50AM Class begins October 18th
Price: 100.00
With fun and exciting theater games, students will learn the basics of creative dramatics as they are introduced to the wonderful world of theater.
Introduction to Theater II
Ages 6-8
Thursdays 4:00-45:00PM Class begins October 16th

Same class as above just a different time and a little bit longer!
Storytelling Around the World
Ages 7-10
Saturdays: 11:00-12:00PM Class begins October 18th
Price: 125.00
Take a tour around the World! Not only will students learn about theater through acting games and improvisation, but they will also learn about different countries and cultures through dramatic play, storytelling, and crafts.
Scene Study
Ages 10-14
Mondays 6:30-8:00P *NOTICE NEW TIME Class begins October 13th

In this class offering, students will get a chance sink their teeth into a character without having to fully commit to a full production. This is a great class for students who want to get a taste for performing and it is a great class for students who to learn how to dig deeper into a characters and into a scene.
Improvisation for the Stage
Ages 12-16
Tuesdays 6:30-8:00PM

Meredith Melville brings years of Improvisation experience to Open Door. This class is for those ready to take on a fun challenge. Improvisation is a great way for actors to learn how to always be in the moment, ready to react and ready to commit to a character. With loads of fun improvisation games, this class is a great way to polish your acting skills.
Musical Theatre-The Ensemble Experience
Ages 10-14
Sundays 2:00-3:30PM Class Begins October 19
Price 150.00
Musical theatre is more than just standing in the spotlight and singing a song. It is about working with fellow actors to tell a story through song and dance. In this class, we will be working on and performing songs that celebrate the ensemble. Each student will have a chance to shine yet still have the opportunity to learn how to share the stage with fellow actors.
Advanced Musical Theatre
Ages 12-18
Sundays 4:00-6:00PM Class begins October 19th

Auditioning for musical theatre…performing in musical theatre…enjoying musical theatre. This class is for those who have had previous experience n and for those of you who are truly obsessed!
